We received reports from other users that are having the same error message. A ticket was already created and forwarded to our product engineers. They're now working to fix this as quickly as possible.

- In your QuickBooks Online (QBO) App, tap the Help (question mark) icon.
- Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with.
- Select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us.
