Thank you for reaching out to the Community about your bank feed concern, Base.
Currently, we have an open investigation where users are receiving Error 163 when updating their Associated Bank account. Our engineers are all hands on deck working for a permanent solution. This way, customers can continue to use the bank feeds feature seamlessly and fetch the latest entries.
While we're unable to provide an alternate solution, we recommend all affected customers sign up to the notification list of affected users. Doing so ensures that you'll receive email updates on the investigation.
However, the process requires us to gather personal data to open an account. For security reasons, you'll have to contact our QuickBooks Online (QBO) Care Team for further assistance.
