Buy now & saveWhat happened to the automatic match selecting for sales receipts in my bank deposits? I used to be able to select a date range for my sales receipts that haven't been matched and it would automatically find them. Rarely I would have to manually match them.
This is very cumbersome now that it's missing. It's gone away after recent updates to the match selection screen.
Am I missing something?

That isn't the part I'm talking about, though that is turned on.
It would be under Bank Transactions, For Review, then I would click the deposit, click Match, and from there I would have a bunch of transactions that it would automatically match. Some of my deposits will have 10-20 transactions on them. Now I have to manually select them all.
Here is a snippet of the screen I'm talking about. It was updated recently and ever since the automatic matching has been missing.
I appreciate your follow-up with more information and the screenshot of your For review tab, adam73647. Let me steer you towards a solution to address this issue effectively.
In most cases, QuickBooks would automatically match if :

I am having the same issue. and cannot find that tab under settings. Just happened this week and had no issue before this
I'm having the same issue as well have a 62 bank deposits with the exact same amounts and only of of them matched up.
yes, this is very frustrating that it suddenly quit working and chat/phone support wasn't available when I tried to use them.
We understand how relevant the automatic matching deposits are when managing entries into your account, Nelli. Let me ensure you'll get the next available support to help fix this issue.
With the input shared by my colleagues above, suggested matches on your deposit transactions would automatically match if these entries have the same dollar amount and occur within the days after the entry date.
Thus, if suggestions aren't available to match the transactions and the issue persists, I suggest contacting our Live Support Team. This way, they can perform real-time assistance, conduct further research, and create an investigation ticket if necessary.
You can follow the detailed steps when reaching out to us from the insight shared by Jovychris_A above.

Once again, chat is unavailable. I just tried it. It's in working hours - but no one is around to help.
I was able to request a call, but support is of no help. Had no idea what I was talking about, or how it worked prior to the latest update to QBO.
This is so frustrating.
Phone support told me that because I have multiple sales receipts with different customers, that QBO can't automatically match the deposit.
I informed the rep that I've been matching transactions for over two years, and suddenly within the last week it stopped working. She just regurgitated the response that QBO can't match automatically because the transactions are from different customers. I again said it's been working for 2 years, there was a recent update on QBO and now it suddenly doesn't work. The option to match multiple transactions automatically isn't even on the match screen anymore. I asked if it was a bug in the new version, or if it was intentional. She said something about it not matching because multiple transactions, she checked her internal resources...
I asked to escalate. There is a clearly a bug in the new version or the feature was removed.
I was able to talk to American support and she actually listened to what I was saying, and verified what her side looked like compared to my side. She acknowledged that it was different.
My URL for the matching has this "newadvancedmatch" section. She has me delete the NEW and the 'old' match screen popped up and I could once again automatically match transactions.
https://qbo.intuit.com/app/newadvancedmatch?id=5310:ofx&date=2025-04-06
I was advised to leave feedback for the engineers through the settings tab. HOPEFULLY this is an oversight and isn't the new QBO online.
Attaching an image of how it worked prior to the new advanced search match. As you can see there is a suggested matches toggle button, and it then has a button for the X number of receipts you can select.
See my latest post for a work around.
