Bank connection error-Bank of America

There isn't a report about the error you're getting from the Bank of America, Mareea2.

There are some possible reasons why QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) you're getting the error 147. Here are some of them:

  • The bank is performing system maintenance.
  • There are notifications from their website that need your attention.

To fix this, let's refresh the bank connection in your QBSE account to show all the missing transactions. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Bank accounts under Transactions
  3. Click Refresh all

Once your bank account is updated, you can categorize the transactions to ensure your financial records are correct. For more guidance, feel free to check out this article: Categorize transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

If the manual update doesn't work, the issue may be on the bank's end. I'd recommend signing in to their website to check if there are alerts that need your attention.

If not, you can contact our QBSE Live Team and report this behavior. They can create a case to isolate the issue.

For now, you can download transactions from the bank and import the file to QBSE.

Let me know if there's anything else you need with your bank concerns. Just leave a comment below. I'll be right here to provide the information that you need.

I have deleted the app and reinstalled it. I have opened QB in an incognito page and it still didn't work. I have refreshed the bank connection and it still didn't work. I have spoken to someone in Live Support and he had no solutions. I really need this fixed. The last time it was updated was 2/28.
