I am getting error 147 when trying to connect to my bank. It hasn't been able to connect for a month.

I have deleted the app and reinstalled it. I have opened QB in an incognito page and it still didn't work. I have refreshed the bank connection and it still didn't work. I have spoken to someone in Live Support and he had no solutions. I really need this fixed. The last time it was updated was 2/28.

I have done all the suggested things to resolve this issue but nothing has worked!
