Bank feed for Fidelity - Investments & Retirement Accounts

I'm using Quickbooks Enterprise Solutions: Nonprofit 22.0 and want to set up a bank feed with "Fidelity - Investments & Retirement Accounts", but I don't see it listed in the available institutions.  Does it not work with QB Desktop (I do see it listed in QB Online)?

Bank feed for Fidelity - Investments & Retirement Accounts

I appreciate you for the details you've provided, BethR.

Please note that the features or connections available in QuickBooks Online (QBO) may not be included in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) since they're different products. Also, QuickBooks is dependent on your bank's end for connectivity.

I suggest reaching out to your financial institution and requesting a connection to QBDT. They can review and check this to add to their future updates.

On the other hand, if your financial institution supports WebConnect (.QBO) files, you can manually import them to QuickBooks.

  1. Go to the File menu and click Utilities.
  2. Choose Import and click Web Connect Files.
  3. Select the QBO file, then click Open.
  4. When prompted to choose a bank account, choose Use an existing QuickBooks account if the account is already set up or Create a new QuickBooks account if it's not yet added.
  5. Click Continue.
  6. A window confirmation will show, click OK.

After connecting your Fidelity bank, reconcile your accounts to keep them current and accurate.

Let me know if you have other concerns about your bank connection in QuickBooks. I'll be here to lend a hand.
