Bank Novo's "app" connection doesn't seem to allow the bank account to show up in "Banking," only Chart of Accounts. This means we can't "match" transactions & double up.

Bank Novo's "app" connection doesn't seem to allow the bank account to show up in "Banking," only Chart of Accounts. This means we can't "match" transactions & double up.

You can disconnect to online banking and do manual imports instead, Hello25. This way, you can easily add, match, or exclude transactions.

 

If you wish to disconnect, here's how you can do it:

  1. Click Accounting, then go to the Chart of Accounts tab.
  2. Select the bank account.
  3. Click the View register drop-down arrow, then select Edit.
  4. Tick the the Disconnect this account on save box.
  5. Click Save and close.

Then, you can import the bank transactions manually through WebConnect or Excel CSV file.

 

Once it's imported, it will show on the Banking page. You can review the transactions, and add or match them.
