Bank of America accounts will not connect. That has persisted for several weeks. Customer service tells me this is a known error and they are "investigating" it. It is hard to believe that QBO cannot connect to the one of the four biggest banks in the US. Obviously, QBO is worthless if it cannot connect to my bank. (Yes, I know I can manually download my 11 accounts. As if I have time for that. I do not need QBO if I am downloading manually.)
Obviously, something else is going on between QBO and BOA. Does anyone have the real story?

Still cannot connect to the bank. Still no response or ETA. Still no point in having QBO if it does not connect ONLINE.
The investigation status about this is still in progress, @rdlang01.
In the meantime, the only workaround we can provide is to manually download the transactions in QuickBooks.
I see you've contacted our phone agents however, I'd still suggest calling them again. They can add you to the list of affected users to know how many customers are affected.
Once an update is available, they'll send a notification through your email address associated with your Intuit account.
Here's how to get in touch with them:
I appreciate your patience on this. Please keep in touch if you need anything else.
What is being done about this? QBO is worthless if it does not connect ONLINE to my bank... I have received zero updates.
By the way, Bench has no problem connecting to Bank of America, so it is a QBO issue not a BOA issue.
I'm having the same issue. Can't get bank feeds to work with Bank of America. Please helpmlooks like this issue has been going on for at least 6 months and counting
Thanks for following the thread, @gotlight.
Since some time has passed from the original post, and you're having similar issues, can you clarify if you're getting an error message? Or what happens when you're trying to connect with Bank of America? If you're getting an error, can you provide a screenshot? Knowing more details will allow me to assist you to the fullest and help to resolve your concerns.
