Join nowI just had the worst interaction with a customer service rep "Ryan" who absolutely did not help me in any regard. When I asked to speak to a manager (like a real Karen) he hung up on me. Our bank account isn't showing transactions. I have to manually add them which is obviously a real time sucker. All Ryan wanted to do was email me a link on how to do that even though I already know how to do that and to "wait a day" to magically see if it's fixed. He can't answer my questions about whether anyone is actually trying to fix this for me or not. I need help on how to fix this please from someone who actually cares.
It isn't the kind of experience that we want you to come across, goldilockspromos.
There are several possible reasons why transactions won’t download. They include:
In the meantime, let's manually refresh the connection between your bank and QuickBooks. You can do that by clicking the Transactions tab and then selecting Banking. Then, click Update.
If you have more than 90 days worth of transactions, we can manually upload the transactions.
Also, can you tell me the name of your financial institution? This way, I can check on my end for any investigation with regard to this matter.
Afterward, you can categorize the transactions. I've added this reference as your guide: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
I'm just a post-away if there's anything that I can help. Keep safe!
Our bank is SEFCU. All I wanted is someone to read this and to contact me and help. If you can help, that would be fantastic.
I know how to manually add them in but is that really acceptable to have to do every day? Until how long?
I refreshed and added and re-added my bank account. That didn't work.

Day 2 of doing tech support at two different times with Quickbooks. Still no resolution or answers. And our bank is saying its not on their end. Quickbooks is saying it's not on their end. Hours of my time wasted and I'm still having to manually import in transactions.
