Join nowRecently my bank changed their accounting system and what worked previously with downloading transactions to quick books now has to be downloaded directly from the banks website. However, most days I get the message "There are no new transactions available". There are definitely transactions available for download which I verified by looking at the banks paid transactions. How do I fix this. I always thought if it wasn't broke, you don't need to fix it. Very frustrating.
