Bank transactions "Reorder accounts" view does not save

When I reorder my accounts in a specific way, it does not save when I come back to the Bank transaction view. 

I've tried using the "Reorder accounts" in the bank transaction tab and in my "Dashboards" tab. Both have "Reorder accounts" but do not save them.

At times, the browser may be filled with frequently accessed page resources (cache and cookies), leading to this unusual response. To troubleshoot this, let's sign in to your QBO using a private browser (incognito) to isolate the issue.

 

Here's how:

 

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox).
  • Control Option (Safari).
  •  Ctrl + Shift + P (Microsoft Edge)

 

Once logged in, try to double-check the accounts that you've reordered. If everything looks good, return to your default browser and perform a clear cache to refresh the system. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.

I have tested this already and just did it again on all browsers. Still same issue. I've cleared all cache and cookies. And did the Incognito mode. After I log out and log back in, the reorder accounts did not save in the order I left them in.
