Thanks for bringing this matter to my attention, @jerhow. Let me share my expertise and help you upload your bank transactions to get you back to business.
In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can manually upload your bank transactions in CSV form supporting two formatting types. These options include the 3-column format, which consists of a Date, Description, and Amount, and the 4-column format with Credit and Debit as an add-on for the amount.
Since you can't see the items when you upload the file into QBO, I recommend checking and reviewing the format of your CSV file. This way, you can ensure that the data is in correct format.
Once done, you can proceed with uploading it to QBO. Here's how:
Additionally, you can categorize and match your transactions to make them balanced and accurate in your QBO account.

Thanks for the prompt reply. I’ve done all of these things and even compared the # of items on the spreadsheet vs those transferred
over…they show to be transferred, but when I reconcile, they are no longer there.
It's nice to hear from you again, @jerhow.
I appreciate the steps you've taken. Let me share some insights on why you can't see the transactions when you reconcile.
When bank transactions in QuickBooks Online can't be seen during reconciliation, ensure that you've posted the transactions in the correct account. Additionally, you can check the date filters in the table to confirm that all relevant transactions are being displayed. By taking these steps, you can ensure that your bank transactions are reflected accurately in QBO.
After reconciling, consider closing your books to prevent changes. You can refer to this article: Close your books in QuickBooks Online.

I have tried multiple times downloading my credit card information like into CSV and QBO files into Quickbook online thru bank transaction download. from 145 transactions in both formatted files (CSV & QBO) 30 transactions do not show up to be categorized or excluded. As I said I tried QBO fand CSV files bank transaction import.
30 transactions do not show up.
It looks like Quickbook transaction download does not work properly.
Any Ideas

We'll have to review the filter set on the Bank transactions page to locate the missing entries, RussAz. I'll guide you through the steps to accomplish this task.
The date selected and transaction types affect how entries are displayed on the Bank transactions. Thus, make sure to choose the right one to show all data.
Here's how:
