Has there been an update to QB?
1. Downloaded all my bank statements for 2021 last week. Reconciled 2 of them. Logged back in today and they are all missing except the 2 I reconciled and part of the 12th month. Where did they go?
2. Went to download again and where it says which accounts do you want to connect are my 2 bank accounts. I click on one and it has a drop down box asking enter account type and none of the types are correct. Won't let me proceed. What is going on?

Can you please tell us what version of QuickBooks you're using? Do you have QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop? Also, may I know what's the name of your bank provider?

We have been receiving inquiries from other customers about Peoples Bank accounts and transactions connected to QuickBooks Online banking. Therefore, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Support and letting our specialists pull up your account on file.
This way, they can create an open ticket letting our engineering team investigate why your bank account details are incorrect and some of your transactions are missing. You can do so by following the steps below:
