Can I change the date on CC or Bank reconciliation? If so, how?

Hi there, userdonnajgrose.

Thanks for dropping by the Community today, I'm happy to help. TO change the date on your credit card, you can follow these steps:

  1. Click the Gear icon ⚙.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. Choose Billing & Subscription.
  4. Click Edit ✎.
  5. Enter the necessary fields under Payment Information such as Card number, name on card, expiration date, and security code.
  6. The billing address should be verified as the same billing address on the credit card statement.
  7. Click Save Changes.

For your bank reconciliation, your only option would be to undo it and start again. There's two methods for this, the first is to manually undo a reconciliation:

  1. On the Banking page, click Go to Register.
  2. Select any transaction.
  3. Under the Check column, click until the box becomes empty.
  4. Click on Save.

Your second option is to seek help from your accountant. If they can access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account through their QBO for Accountants account, they can undo your old bank reconciliations in one go. I'm also including a few helpful articles for you to check out below.

If there's anything else I can do to help, feel free to post here anytime. Thanks again and I hope you have a lovely day.
