Yes, you can manually clear the entries by marking them as C (Cleared) from the bank register. However, I suggest not clearing these entries until they are cleared on your bank's end. This way, we can avoid discrepancies when reconciling accounts. Here's how:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
- Click Accounting from the left menu, then select Chart of Accounts.
- Find the appropriate bank account and select View register.
- Select the entries you want to clear.
- In the Check (✓) column, click the field one time to mark it as C (Cleared).
- Click Save.
