Can I export my reconciliation to .CSV?

I'd be glad to help you export your reconciliation into Excel, sean_peadar-yaho.

If you're trying to export your reconciliation report in QuickBooks Online, you can do this in a few easy steps. Here's how:

  1. Click Reports in the left panel and search for Reconciliation Reports.

  2. Select the Account for the reconciliation report you want to view.
  3. From the Report period drop-down arrow, choose the reconcile date.
  4. Tap View report.

  5. Highlight the information on the report. Right-click and Copy the information.

  6. Open your Excel file and paste down the information.

However, if you're trying to export the information while reconciling an account, the option to do so is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online. Here's an article to know more about what else you can do with your report: How do I view, print, or export a reconciliation report?.

In case you need help customizing your other QuickBooks reports, you visit this article: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online. You can also memorize it to save its current customization settings. It serves as your record and helps you quickly access it for future use.

You're always welcome to post any concerns you have in this space. I'll be here if you need assistance with QuickBooks or have follow-up questions about reconciliation reports. Have a great day!
