I can think of two ways to link the transactions, Matteoa-masiello. I'll provide you with the options.

First it to connect your credit card account to QuickBooks Self-Employed. This way, transactions will be downloaded and linked automatically to the account.

Second is to manually add the transactions, then add a tag. This helps you tag the transaction to a credit card account.

If you want to do the second option, you'll have to turn on the tagging feature first. Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon, then go to Labs.
  2. Under Tagging, click Turn it on

Then, you can now go ahead and tag the transactions. Here's how:

  1. Go to Transactions.
  2. Select a transaction, then click the Tag icon.
  3. Click Manage tags, then select New tag.
  4. Type "Credit Card", then click Save.
  5. In the Tags field, select the tag you've created, then click Save

Lastly, let's ensure the transactions are categorized correctly.
