I can think of two ways to link the transactions, Matteoa-masiello. I'll provide you with the options.
First it to connect your credit card account to QuickBooks Self-Employed. This way, transactions will be downloaded and linked automatically to the account.
Second is to manually add the transactions, then add a tag. This helps you tag the transaction to a credit card account.
If you want to do the second option, you'll have to turn on the tagging feature first. Here's how:
- Click the Gear icon, then go to Labs.
- Under Tagging, click Turn it on.
Then, you can now go ahead and tag the transactions. Here's how:
- Go to Transactions.
- Select a transaction, then click the Tag icon.
- Click Manage tags, then select New tag.
- Type "Credit Card", then click Save.
- In the Tags field, select the tag you've created, then click Save.
Lastly, let's ensure the transactions are categorized correctly.
