Can qb show transactions dates Nov 14th thru Nov 18th? not showing, but see pending transaction after the dates in question

Yes, Wilonda.cannon. You can view the transaction from those dates.

Let me guide you:

  1. Go to the Transactions tab.
  2. Click the date button, then select Custom date.
  3. Change the Start date to 11/14 and the End date to 11/18.
  4. Click Apply.

If you're still unable to see them, you may be experiencing browser issues. We'll perform some steps to fix this. Let's start by opening QuickBooks Self-Employed through an incognito window. It's the best spot to identify web issues. These are the shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If you're able to see the transactions, go back to your regular browser, then clear the cache to refresh the account. It's advisable to delete them periodically to prevent browser issues.

Also, you can use a different browser to help us narrow the cause of this behavior.

You can get back to this thread after trying the steps. We're just around to help you out. Take care!
