Can someone help me? Old transaction keeps popping up in the bank feed for review. I have to exclude it everyday. I already tried to clear cache and cookies.

This transaction is old but it keeps showing up in the feed.

Hello there, @RES. I've got your back, and I'll ensure you can get rid of those old transactions in your bank feeds in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Before we proceed, may I ask if you can still view your excluded transactions in the Excluded section of your Banking tab? If you still see them there, you'll want to reach out to your bank's support team. This way, they can help you prevent old transactions from being imported into your bank feeds in QBO.

In case your old transactions are not visible from the Excluded section, it could be that they've been undone. If this is the case, they'll show up in the For Review section of your Banking tab again.

To avoid accidentally undoing excluded old transactions, you can delete them in the Excluded section. I'll input the steps below so you can proceed. To begin, here's how:

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the left navigational bar, go to the Banking tab.
  3. In the Excluded section, check the box for the transactions that you want to be deleted.
  4. Click Delete.

Additionally, you can check this article to learn more about categorizing and matching transactions in QBO: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

You can also visit this page in case you'd want to reconcile an account in QBO: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.

Should you need further assistance managing downloaded transactions in QuickBooks? Or do you have any additional QuickBooks-related concerns? Our door is open 24/7, and we'll be glad to have you here again. Thanks for choosing QuickBooks. Take care, and have a nice day!
