Anyone else have this issue? The only thing I have with Bank of America is the AAA VISA Signature rewards card. But still - why can’t I set up bank feeds for QBO? Am I to manually put in these transactions with no alternative? If so, bye bye card and hello Mastercard. I can’t believe this can’t be fixed. I am unable to find the Bank of America for this card, at least I think that is one of the issues. I’ve never had this issue with my other cards. Thanks in advance!

If your bank isn’t supported yet in QuickBooks Online (QBO), you may send us a request to add it to our list of supported banks. The process of integrating a new bank feed may take some time. Our product engineering team will consider the number of requests and the approval of the bank itself.

In the meantime, you can add your AAA VISA Signature rewards card transactions through the WebConnect process. You’ll have to manually download the transactions from the bank. Then, upload the file to your account. Here's how:

Utilize the trial version of SlickConnect to isolate the issue. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed. If the same error persists, there is an ongoing problem at your bank.
