CHASE BANK ACCOUNT LAST UPDATE 01/22/2021

Hello there, @accounts434.

Let me share help you o how to download bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

When you connect an account, QuickBooks automatically downloads and categorizes bank and credit card transactions for you. You’ll have to ensure that your bank or credit card account is connected.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu.
  2. Select the Banking tab.
  3. Select Connect Account on the landing page if this is your first time connecting. Or select Add account or Link account if you've already created one.
  4. Search for your bank. You can connect most banks, even small credit unions

Follow the onscreen steps to connect. Your bank may require additional security checks. It may take a few minutes to connect. Some banks let you download the last 90 days of transactions.

To learn more about connecting bank accounts and downloading transactions in QuickBooks Online, you can check out this article: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.

If you want to download more than 90 days of transactions, you can use this article on how to manually upload bank transactions into QuickBooks Online: Manually import transactions.

After QuickBooks downloads transactions, you need to approve the way it categorized them. Here's how to review and categorizing downloaded transactions.

I'm always up for assistance. You can visit me here if there's anything else you need. Have a great week ahead!
