I've got some information about the Chase update issue,@rcaccamisi.
We have an on-going investigation about the Chase sync issue in QuickBooks. Our engineers are aware of this and are all hands on deck to get this resolved right away.
In this case, I'd recommend contacting our live support. This way, they can add you to the affected users' list. To expedite this process, you can give this investigation number to them INV-52563.
Before doing so, please make sure to check our support hours so they can assist you promptly. Here's how to connect with our support team:
- Click the Help (?) menu at the top, and then choose Contact Us.
- If you're routed to the QB Assistant page, type Contact Us.
- Select Talk to a human, and then I still need a human.
- Click the Contact Us button.
- Enter your question or concern on the search box, like "Affected by Chase bank INV-52563."
- Click Let's Talk.
- Select your preferred contact option, and then follow the on-screen prompts to proceed.
For now, you can manually upload your transactions to bring them into QuickBooks Online.
After resolving the said issue, you'll want to categorize and match your entries. This helps ensure your records are correct and prevent duplicates.
I appreciate your patience and understanding while we're working on this one. Feel free to get back to me if you need more banking tips or any QuickBooks-related concerns. I'm here to help you.
