If you're unable to download your bank transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO) after changing your credit card number, you'll need to update your bank info manually to refresh the connection between QBO and your financial institution. Here's how:
- Go to the Banking tab.
- Select the tile for the bank you want to update.
- Then click the pencil icon.
- Select Edit sign-in info and update your info.
On the other hand, yes, you can also disconnect and reconnect your bank account in QBO. If issue persists, I suggest contacting your financial institution to check if everything's working fine on their end or they're currently under maintenance.
You'll also want to contact QBO support to further investigate this issue. I'd love to share how:
- Select Help (?).
- Click the Search tab to get started:
- Select Contact Us.
- Enter the topic of your concern.
- Select Continue.
- Choose either Chat, Appointment, or Callback.
