Chase bank stopped updating Sept 1st

... and I think it is because we got a revised credit card number for same credit card. I went ahead and reviewed and categorized all transactions. Is there a way to disconnect and reconnect?

This is the updating error message - thought as I say, I think it's due to Chase revising the credit card - this error message has been there since Sept 2nd, so obviously not the case:

"  Try again later

The bank or account site is down for maintenance so we can't connect to it. Come back later and try again. (105)   'Update' "

Chase bank stopped updating Sept 1st

Thanks for sharing details with us here in the Community, @nonyanon.

If you're unable to download your bank transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO) after changing your credit card number, you'll need to update your bank info manually to refresh the connection between QBO and your financial institution. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Banking tab.
  2. Select the tile for the bank you want to update.
  3.  Then click the pencil icon.
  4. Select Edit sign-in info and update your info.

On the other hand, yes, you can also disconnect and reconnect your bank account in QBO. If issue persists, I suggest contacting your financial institution to check if everything's working fine on their end or they're currently under maintenance.

You'll also want to contact QBO support to further investigate this issue. I'd love to share how:

  1. Select Help (?).
  2. Click the Search tab to get started:
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Enter the topic of your concern.
  5. Select Continue.
  6. Choose either Chat, Appointment, or Callback.

You can contact us from Mondays to Fridays, 6 AM to 6 PM PT and Saturday 6 AM to 3 PM PT.

Once fixed, here are some articles that help ensure accounts are matched and accurate:
