Chase checking is syncing but chase credit card is not

Hi,

 

I've not had any issues with sync with QBO and my Chase business checking or credit card before. Last week, my Chase credit card just stopped syncing. It gives me the updating circle but that thing is never ending and just doesn't sync. My checking account is syncing just fine. How do I resolve this issue?

Joining this thread to share details about Chase credit card transactions, EWretail.

 

After checking our records, I found an investigation about Chase Credit Card. Our engineers are now fixing this error and I really appreciate your patience. Please contact our Customer Support Team so you'll be updated once they'll add you as one of the affected users.

  1. From Help, select Contact us.
  2. Enter Chase credit card in the question field, then click Let's talk.
  3. Choose either Get a callback or Chat.

The best option I can suggest for now is to manually import your credit card transactions. Log in to your online chase credit card account and get a webconnect file. This is what we'll have to import in to your QuickBooks Online account. You can also refer to this article for more details: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
