Hi lendvai,

We've received reports that other Chase credit cards users don't get updates in QuickBooks. In this connection, I'd encourage you to contact our phone or chat support, so they can get your contact details and add it to the notification list. That way, you will get an update once this is fixed.

  1. Open this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Online.
  3. Select Running your business in QuickBooks.
  4. Choose Banking.
  5. Scroll down and click on Get Phone Number or Start a Message.

We appreciate your understanding while we take care of this.

Has this been resolved yet? I'm facing the same problem. The parent account will download fine but not the sub-account.

Thank you for joining us here in the Community, @pirahna34.

I'm here to provide some updates about the Chase sub-account in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I've checked the reports, and it is already resolved. The given workaround is to manually update the accounts to sync the transactions.

The first thing you'll need to do is log in to your bank website to confirm if the new transactions are posted in your bank account. Since the transactions downloaded to QBO is dependent on the data provided by your financial institution.

Once done, you'll need to manually update your sub-account to bring in the transactions to QBO.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Banking tab on the left navigation bar.
  2. Click Banking.
  3. Hit Update.

You can use this article for the detailed guide: How to manually update bank accounts.

Please, check out this article about resolving online banking issues for your reference: Fix online banking errors in QuickBooks Online.

Please let me know if you need anything else. I'll be here to help you some more.
