Check mobile deposit

QuickBooks checking account doesn't have the capability to deposit checks either by mobile phone or any other way.

Check mobile deposit

Let me share some information about using mobile check deposit in QuickBooks, milindkale.

Users who sign up for QuickBooks Payments/Checking should be able to use the mobile check deposit feature. However, this option is only available for iOS devices. If you're using an Android phone or tablet, you may need to switch to a supported one so you can deposit funds through a mobile check. Here's how to use it:

  1. Sign in to your QBO app from a mobile device.
  2. Go to the Cash Flow menu.
  3. From QuickBooks Checking balance, select Send Money.
  4. Tap Deposit checks, then enter the check amount.

After that, you'll have to endorse your check by following these steps:

  1. Sign your name on the back of the check.
  2.  Write “For mobile deposit only” under your signature.
  3. Take photos of the front and back of your check.
  4. Make sure to place the check on a well-lit, dark-colored surface.
  5. Capture all four corners of the check.
  6. Make sure to capture all the details.

Once done, double-check the images, amount, and date the funds will be available. Once everything looks good, select Finish depositing. Also, take note that it may take 1-5 business days to fund the check,
