Combine separate bank feeds into one account?

A client has two credit cards, two different numbers, but under one main account. The statement shows the expense transactions separately, but with one beginning and ending number and the payment to the main account. There are two separate feeds, so reconciling is a lot of math or a lot of moving about. Is there an easy way to combine the two bank feeds? Is there a simple click that will transfer a transaction or will a banking rule suffice? Thanks in advance,  Nancy
