Join nowThis happened once before in February 2020, too. I ended up disconnecting, but could not reconnect to the same "PayPal Bank" account in the chart of accounts. I had to start a PayPal Bank 2 and transfer the balance. Do I now have to disconnect and reconnect to a PayPal Bank 3 and again transfer the balance? This seems wrong!

Hi, @ckrug.
You don't need to connect your third PayPal Bank account to QuickBooks. As long as your PayPal Bank 2 or 1 is not connected to a QuickBooks account, you should be able to connect it again. For the time being, using a master or company admin access in QuickBooks when performing the process.
Also, please make sure to use the correct PayPal admin credentials to reconnect your account. Using the login information of an authorized user only will not allow you to connect to the account.
