I really would like to understand what is going on. We as sellers expect that once the card gives the approval code that we are safe to mail out the product to the customer. The fact that the funds from all of our transactions are being held is a scary scenario. I have read for 2hours about other users having the same issue and it terrifies me at the level of customer service I will get tomorrow when I call into the Merchant Center when its open, or should I say the lack there off from every review that I have been reading. I have been in business 13yrs, and have never had anything like this happen before. Below is the email I got, about an hour after customer service was closed. This is crazy, as now I am terrified at accepting credit cards during the largest sales week in the US. Please Help Me Support!
We saw some transactions we need to check out before sending your latest deposit to your bank. If everything looks good, we’ll send your deposit by the next business day. |

Just hang tight. There’s no need to call us. One of our QuickBooks team members is looking this over right now. |
