Currently, there's an ongoing investigation about Chase bank not connecting with QuickBooks. Our engineers are currently investigating and working on an immediate fix. - At the top right, click the Help icon.
- Select Contact Us.
- Under What can we help you with?, enter Chase bank not connecting with QuickBooks.
- Click Let's Talk.
- You'll be routed into the Choose a way to connect with us page.
- Choose Get a callback or Start a chat.

Then, to review each downloaded transactions, you have to categorize and match them into QuickBooks Online.
