Same Problem and the answer given above does not fix the problem. Any other suggestions?
One more question can I just use the "EXPENSE" and "CREDIT" versus the "CC EXPENSE", and the "CC CREDIT" or what does this mean?
Thank you greatly!!

I appreciate you for joining the thread and sharing your concern, @Micki V.
We'd love to help you achieve your goal, but I need more information to help me get on the same page. Would you mind telling me more about it? May I know what your specific bank institution is? This way, we can verify if there's a reported issue about this matter.
Also, can you give more details about the query you've added above? Any additional information will get us closer to the resolution.
I appreciate any details you can provide. I'm looking forward to your reply. Have a great rest of the day.
Thank you for your response, I was hoping you could tell me, after I set up the credit card like a bank, and update, link, that no transactions happened outside of the payments that have already been made and I entered?
And I see that I use the CC Expense & the CC Credit, as to separate the regular banking transactions verses the credit cards.
Thank you!

Hello there, @Michele. I want to ensure you'll be able to see the transactions downloaded from your credit card account in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
To fix this, we can manually refresh the connection of your bank with QBO. Here's how:
If the same result, let's now check your bank's website and verify if there are any messages or notifications that need immediate action. Once done, update your bank again.
However, if the issue persists, you can proceed to Step 3 of this article: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online.
On the other hand, you can also manually upload transactions in QBO via CSV file. For detailed instructions, check out this article: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
Once the transactions are in, the next step is to match and categorize them to ensure they are allocated to the correct account in your company.
I'm always here ready to lend a hand if you have any other concerns managing your credit card. Have a good day ahead and stay safe.
