Hello! My credit card was hacked after 3 1/2 years of downloading transactions from Chase to QB, and I have a new card number, but now I cannot get QB to connect to Chase anymore no matter what I do. I deleted the Bank setup (that was a bad idea, but it wouldn't let me add a second one) I think I need to "unlock" chase in my QB account or something else that I cannot see, and reconnect this chase account to QB the account logon didn't change but it won't let me use a new GL account number all new ones are locked it's very strange. I appreciate you providing a screenshot of the error you're getting when connecting your Chase credit card. I'm here to share some information about this issue.
This has been reported as an ongoing issue with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and our Product Team is continuously working with Chase Bank to provide a solution as soon as possible. While we don't have a definite time as to when the resolution will come out, rest assured we're actively working to deliver one that'll prevent this from happening again.
In the meantime, I'd highly suggest contacting our Support Team so they can add your company details to the list of affected users. We will notify you right away once an update for this error is available. You can reach them through this link: QuickBooks Online Support Team. I'll also update this post once we receive the updates.
