Technologies are constantly upgrading and businesses are also coping with these changes. Over time, we get many clients, and almost everyone has many requests for their businesses. For example, payment automation or faster payment options, enhancements on the Reports feature, their interest in apps which becomes the trend nowadays, etc. We're trying to address things like this, and we know that enhancements and innovations come with costs. However, we also want to maintain a balance for other clients who prefer to handle business in a traditional way.
Feel free to submit your feedback about how you feel about our products including your request to have a convertor plug. In QuickBooks Desktop, click Help and choose Send Feedback Online. In QuickBooks Online, click the Gear icon and select Feedback. Feedback goes straight to our product development team so they can consider making improvements in future updates.
