As an initial step, export your bank transactions from your bank using a CSV file. Once you have it, you can follow the steps below in importing the data.

1. Click the Gear icon and choose Imports.
   
2. Select an account and click on the Import older transactions link under Action.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to finish importing your data.
4. Hit Import.

Once imported, I recommend editing, assigning, and categorizing your transactions. Doing so will help you ensure the accuracy of your financial records.

If you're still unable to import your data, we can do some of the basic troubleshooting steps. You can use these shortcut keys depending on the browser you're using:

• Google Chrome: Press CTRL + Shift + N.
• Safari: Press Command + Shift + N.
• Mozilla Firefox: Press CTRL + Shift + P.

Once signed in, go back to your dashboard and check your data from there. If it rectifies the issue, go back to your main portal and clear its cache to remove the browser's history or you can press CTRL+Shift and Delete key on your keyboard altogether. You may also try accessing your account using another supported browser.
