I'll help you import your bank transactions, nissrdflxx-aol-c.

Since you're unable to import the bank transactions, I'd recommend downloading them again. Make sure the data is using the CSV format.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to the Chase website.
  2. Follow the steps to download your transactions as a CSV file.
  3. Set the date correct range.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to finish the download.

Once done, import the transactions again.

If the issue persists, I'd suggest contacting the Chase Support Team. They're equipped with tools to investigate the cause of this.

I've also added this article that'll help you review downloaded bank and credit card transactions and put them in the correct accounts: Categorize Transactions.

Please keep us posted if you have additional questions about the process. I'm always here to help you out.

Another option, utilize the trial version for csv2qbo converter as a workaround.
