Since you're unable to import the bank transactions, I'd recommend downloading them again. Make sure the data is using the CSV format.

- Sign in to the Chase website.
- Follow the steps to download your transactions as a CSV file.
- Set the date correct range.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to finish the download.
Once done, import the transactions again.
