Does my account have a QB rep that oversees it?

Not unless you've paid for some sort of live bookkeeping feature.  You just have to call the QuickBooks support with any questions or issues.  Or search/post on the QuickBooks Community.

Feel free to sign up for our QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping. With this, you can meet with your bookkeeper at regular monthly appointments for further assistance managing your books. However, if you want to contact our Customer Support Team, you can reach out to them by following the steps below.

Here's how:

1. From the Search tab, click Contact Us.
2. Enter your question and select Continue.
3. Review and choose from the following: Have us call you or Chat with us.

You can reach them during their available hours so they can address your concerns promptly.
