Congrats on making your first post here in the Community. Helping out with syncing bank accounts are my specialty.
To give you the best solution, are you receiving any errors on the Banking page with this bank account? If so, can you please provide me with a screenshot of the message? This will allow me to give you an answer as to why QuickBooks and your bank account aren't syncing.
In the meantime, using a private browser or incognito window can help resolve this problem. QuickBooks will load as a fresh new page to remove any errors that are occurring in the system. Here's how depending on your session:
If this works, then go back to your regular session and clear your browser's history. If not, then please give me some additional insight into this problem.
