Downloading Multiple Chase Accounts after OAuth update

I recently updated my Chase credit cards to the OAuth download format. No real problems updating the accounts to Chase Bank (All) New

Prior to the change I could sync all accounts from a bank at the same time by selecting Sync all for this bank

With the new OAuth I have update each account manually. With over 20 employee Chase credit cards this takes a lot more time. Our employees also have AMEX cards and have been instructed not to use their Chase cards until this is resolved.

Am I missing something or is this "improvement" something that will stop us from using credit cards that use the OAuth system?

Downloading Multiple Chase Accounts after OAuth update

Let's resolve this unusual behavior you're having with your Chase account in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), @Flying Angels.

Thank you for providing us with a screenshot of the option that you're referring to. It helps in identifying the concern.

There may be some minor data issues with your company file that's why you don't have the Sync all for this bank option. Try running the Rebuild and Verify Utility tool to fix possible data damage on your company file.

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Open your company file again.
  2. Go to the File menu, then select Utilities and choose Rebuild Data.
  3. Click OK in the QuickBooks Information window.
  4. Wait until the repair is done. Then, click OK.
  5. Then, go back to the File menu and select Utilities and choose Verify Data.
  6. Click OK if QuickBooks doesn't find any problems. Or Rebuild Now if it finds issues with your company file.

If you still get the same issue, let's try running the QuickBooks File Doctor to fix common issues. Here's how:

  1. Open your QuickBooks Tool Hub.
  2. Select Company File Issues.
  3. Click Quick Fix my File.
  4. Choose OK when it completes and launch your QuickBooks.
