Welcome aboard to the Community, @KC48.

Can you provide the name of the bank you're having a problem with QuickBooks Self-Employed? That way, I'll be able to check if there are any reports from other users similar to what you experience.

The transactions downloaded into the system will depend on the data from your bank's website. I suggest you start with double-checking the bank statement to determine if it's showing the same results.

It's also possible that the account is connected twice, so try to check the list by clicking the Gear icon, then selecting Bank Accounts. In case showing twice, follow these steps to hide the other one:

  1. Select the Gear icon at the top.
  2. Under Transactions, select Bank Accounts.
  3. Find the account you want to hide, then toggle ON the Hide option

Check out the Handle duplicate transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed article for future reference about duplicate transactions. It also contains the steps for the app.

I want to make sure this is taken care of for you. If you have any other concerns, post a comment below. I’ll pop right back in to assist further. Have a good one.
