First time user. I've linked my bank account and credit card and asked that all 2021 transactions be imported to QB, but it only brings in Dec 2021, and not full year.
Thanks for choosing QuickBooks in handling your business, @c-veciana-com.
I'll help bring your transactions into QuickBooks Online (QBO).
The amount of bank transactions you can bring into QuickBooks depends on your Financial Institution. Some banks let you download the last 90 days of transactions. Others can go back as far as 24 months.
To bring in older or missing transactions, you can manually import them into QBO. Let me show you how:
Sign in to your bank or credit card's website.
Follow your bank's instructions for how to download CSV files of your transactions to your computer. Every financial institution has different steps. Here are steps for Bank of America, Chase, and Wells Fargo.
Check the date range for the download. It should be at least one day before the date of your oldest transaction.
Download your transactions. Save the file somewhere you can easily find it, like your computer's desktop.
Please take note that your bank may offer a few file formats. If possible, pick the QuickBooks Online data (QBO) format. These are formatted specifically for QBO. You can also upload transactions from a CSV file.
