I'll help bring your transactions into QuickBooks Online (QBO).
The amount of bank transactions you can bring into QuickBooks depends on your Financial Institution. Some banks let you download the last 90 days of transactions. Others can go back as far as 24 months.
To bring in older or missing transactions, you can manually import them into QBO. Let me show you how:
Please take note that your bank may offer a few file formats. If possible, pick the QuickBooks Online data (QBO) format. These are formatted specifically for QBO. You can also upload transactions from a CSV file.
Once done, review the file format and size. Then, follow step number 4 in this article: How to Manually Upload Transactions into QuickBooks.
After bringing your transactions into QuickBooks, it's time to match and categorize them. They will go into your accounts after you review them.
