Thanks for letting me know about the bank feed issue you’re currently experiencing with Bank of America. Let me share some information about this.


We’ve received reports that some customers are unable to update and download transactions.  Our engineers are all hands on deck working to resolve the issue.


While waiting for the resolution, we’ll need to set up your company to receive email updates. The
Community is a public space, and we’re unable to gather personal data to pull up your account.

 

For this reason, I recommend contacting our QBO Support Team to add you to the notification list. You can reach them through the following link: Get help with QuickBooks Online.

For a couple weeks now, my Bank of America feed isn't working for checking and credit cards. Any known solution?

I was placed on the distribution list to receive updates three weeks ago and was notified a couple of weeks ago that is was fixed. Clearly that’s not accurate since my bank transactions have not dowloaded for over a week. I depend on the software working as advertisied, in the same way Intuit depends on my subscription fee. I think a credit should be issued when the product does not deliver 100% of what I am paying for.

I've verified from our records that the investigation of the online banking issue is already resolved. We're here to make sure everything is working on your end. 

 

Let's try to manually update your bank account. Here's how:

  1. Click Banking.
  2. Go to the Banking tab.
  3. Choose Bank of America, then click the Update button. 

If it's still not downloading the transactions, you can use the WebConnect feature to import them manually.

 

I also suggest contacting QuickBooks Online Customer Care to have this issue revisited and re-investigated.

Hello @Kristine Mae,

 

I went ahead and manually added the transactions that occurred over the past 11 days.

Never the less my connected account (Business Checking Account) has not updated any transactions in over two weeks. I will need to follow up with your customer care team to resolve this ongoing issue.
