Not getting any error messages. All my other accounts sync fine. Bank of Texas goes through authentication (sends code & I enter). Then it says I’m connected to the bank. Then it doesn’t start syncing. Up until about 2 months ago I would authenticate and connect and always synced successfully. All my banking information is correct in the bank and qbo. Followed troubleshooting steps to verify login info is correct. Am able to sync from mobile device when opening qbo from Safari, but not able to sync when opening qbo from mobile app & have always been able to for years. Problem’s only happening on my iPhone mobile device in app & started about 2 months ago.
Thanks for getting back to this thread, @jobaker-bowles.

Don’t have Help & Feedback option in QBO Menu. Have been syncing from Safari for couple months now. Prefer to fix sync problem in App, if possible.
