Has anyone noticed an issue with updating of Bank of America credit cards lately? They aren't downloading transactions.

Thank you for posting here in the Community, @jon32.

We can try running the manual update to refresh the connection between QuickBooks and your bank.

Here's how:

  1. From the left menu, select Banking.
  2. Select on Update.
  3. If prompted, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials and select Continue update.

If you encounter any online banking issues, please check out this article for some troubleshooting steps: Fix online banking errors in QuickBooks Online.

You can also download transactions from your bank or credit cards and then manually import them into QuickBooks Online.

To do that, please refer to this article: How to upload more than 90 days of bank transactions.

If you still got the same result after trying these steps, I recommend contacting our support team. They have the proper tools to check on your transactions and verify what's causing the issue.

To reach them, follow these steps:

  • Go to the Help icon at the top to select the Contact Us link.
  • This will open another window where you can enter the issue/topic.
  • Click on the Let’s talk button to view the support information.
  • Choose Start messaging or Get a callback.

Reach out to me if you have any other concerns about QBO. I’m always here to help. Have a good one.
