It is possible that you have an active subscription for QuickBooks payments resulting in the payment fee appearing in your bank account.
Take note that if you use online banking with QuickBooks, your bank charges you a service fee for allowing the connection. This is not an Intuit charge. For further details, please see this article as your reference: Understand Intuit charges on your credit card or bank statement.
Also, if you need additional details about the charges, I suggest getting in touch with our support team. They have the tools to review your account and check your billings in our system.

Where are the menus assisstant and talk to a human?

The Assistant icon is located at the bar. You can click it to launch QB Assistant and then enter the keyword "Talk to a human". This way, you'll be able to connect with our Customer Care Team. I'll show you how:
