Having trouble with Suntrust not downloading transactions. This is reoccuring, beginning last year. Advice anyone?

Sharing your transactions to QuickBooks will depend on your bank. You may want to check for any connectivity error prompt within QuickBooks.

 

If there's none, you can log in to your bank's online website and check for any errors or notification that needs your attention.

 

If none, lets manually update your bank's connection with QuickBooks.

 

 Here's how:

  1. Go to the Transactions.
  2. Select Banking.
  3. Click on Update.
