I'm here to help put those bank transactions to QuickBooks Online (QBO), samantha-lovier.
You can upload older transactions to QuickBooks using a CSV file format. Simply download them from your bank and put them in QBO.
Here's how to manually import bank transactions:
- Go to the Banking menu, then proceed to the Banking tab.
- Click the Link account ▼ drop-down and then Upload from file.

- Choose select files and select the file you downloaded from your bank, then Continue.

- In the QuickBooks account ▼ drop-down, select the account you want to upload the transactions into, then Continue.

- Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks and the format, then Continue.

- Review and mark those transactions you would like to import, then Continue.
- Once completed, click Done.

Now that your transactions are in QuickBooks, it's time to match and categorize them.
