Let access your company using private browsing or the Incognito window. This blocks the website from storing browsing data and it's a good way to start a browser with a clean slate.
To bring up one:
- Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
- Press Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox).
- Press Command + Shift + N (Safari).
From there, change the date range to the correct one. Make sure to click the drop-down so you can edit the period. If you’re able to see your September 2021 transactions, clear the cache of your regular browser. The process will improve the overall performance of the browser and the application.
