I've reviewed our ongoing/solved investigations and can confirm there's currently no records of subscribers reporting that their bank feeds are reimporting transactions that were deleted.
Since yours are being added back into your books after deletion, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team. They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment, conduct further research, and create an investigation ticket if necessary.
They can be reached while you're signed in.
Here's how:
Be sure to review their support hours so you'll know when agents are available.

The solution was below. This was the answer I found for someone else who was having the same issue. It worked for me as well.
If you're referring to the imported transactions in QuickBooks, these can be deleted through the Banking menu. However, if you mean to delete existing transactions in your actual bank, we don't have access to that.
I'll guide you through the steps on how to delete those imported transactions in QuickBooks. I also added some screenshots for your additional reference.
I'd recommend checking this article to know more about excluding bank transactions in QuickBooks: Exclude expenses from downloaded bank transactions.
Moreover, you can check out this page that can contains key points on managing reconciliation when you're ready: How to Reconcile an Account in QuickBooks Online. This also contains sub-topics such as fixing discrepancies and unreconciling an account.
Please know that I've got your back if you ever need an extra hand. Take care.
